Fitting Applications

is tubing with waved surfaces made of fluoropolymer with many superior properties. Its unique shape enables piping quite flexible and simple. For a quarter of century, it’s been used as a piping material by a number of industries such as semiconductor equipment for its reliability. Also it’s compatible with just about any fitting as it has been specified and proven by major fitting companies. By combining with fittings, Pennchem® CT can maximize its performance to the fullest.

Final Lock

Final Lock doesn’t use a ring inserted on ID, so the ID dimension is the same as the tubing.

This is an example of Pennchem® CT with a flange fitted with SUS 304 JIS 10K flange.

Union Type

This is an example of Pennchem® CT with a flange fitted with a union and a nut made of PVDF.
Nuts made of PFA can also be fitted.

Flare Type

Please contact Allied Supreme Corp. for further information. This is an example of Pennchem® CT with a flared with an elbow made of PFA and a nut made of PVDF. Nut also apply made of PFA.

Pennchem® CT is welded to a PFA tube.
