Main characteristics of StreamLiner™ Series

StreamLiner™

This is a free-extruded PTFE liner with a maximum wall thickness of 0.001 inches (0.025 mm) or less.
It combines top-class tensile strength with high flexibility, contributing to the development of catheters thinning and improved maneuverability.

StreamLiner™ OTW

StreamLiner™ Over-The-Wire (OTW) is a liner that combines the “ultra-thin” characteristics of the film casting process with the “high strength and flexibility” of a free-extruded PTFE liner.
It offers sufficient strength and flexibility while its wall thickness is extremely thin, as small as 0.0004 inches (0.0102mm).
The StreamLiner™ OTW Catheter Liner makes it possible to design catheters with higher performance and opens up new possibilities for delivering life-saving treatments.

StreamLiner™ NG

StreamLiner™ NG is the latest model in the StreamLiner™ family.
With reduced surface defects and pinholes enabled by Zeus’s proprietary film-casting process, the StreamLiner™ NG catheter liner takes flexibility, mechanical properties, and reliability to an even higher level.
In addition, it retains the excellent dimensional accuracy and tolerances of the conventional StreamLiner™.

Product

Flexible tubing

The inner diameter remains almost unchanged even when tube is bent, excellent in flexible piping, and the tube can be expanded and contracted. It can be used to the inside of equipment in small spaces. It is also used as a piping material for fluid transfer in various fields.

Heat shrink tubing

Tubing that shrinks when heated, used for coating parts, etc. It can provide heat resistance, insulation, non-adhesiveness, and slipperiness to the covering objects.
Various shrink ratios and sizes are available for a variety of applications.

Finetube

Super slim tubing that is used for medical and industrial devices. It is also called straight tubing or spaghetti tubing.
