1977: Penn & Nitto Corporation was established and started selling Penntube imported from the USA
1983: Research laboratory was established for in-house product development
1995: Sagamihara Factory was established
2004: Sagamihara Factory was changed to Sagamihara Division and the sales operation was moved to Sagamihara Division.
2005: ISO 9001 and 14001 certified
2017: Capital increased to 62.5 million yen
2018: Sagamihara Division was moved to a new building in Minami Hashimoto, Sagamihara City
2023: Started joining a cooperative education program provided by Tokyo University of Technology
2024: Started accepting internship students
